She has been volunteering at the Advent Food Pantry in NYC for nearly four years. Lulu has been involved with the United Nations organization, GirlUp, since 2018, and has become very passionate about menstrual equity and various challenges that women face through her work with the organization. Recently, Lulu worked alongside the GirlUp Coalition to tackle homelessness in New York City by partnering with The Dwelling Place, a women’s homeless shelter in NYC. Lulu is dedicated to helping school-aged girls in New York and in the MENA region receive easy access to menstrual products through Global ME. In her free time, Lulu enjoys photography, painting, baking, and acting. She also plays basketball, lacrosse, and is a swimmer.

Nadine is a passionate athlete and rhythmic gymnasts coach who devotes a lot of her time to the rising generation of athletes and ensuring they receive the most effective training possible. She is currently studying abroad and is a senior at Schutz American School in Alexandria, Egypt. She is a pinned and active member of her school's Interact Club, whose mission is to better the community. Whether with small projects such as a blanket drive or more impactful projects such as taking complete responsibility over renovating a less fortunate school, she is always participating in improving the lives of others. She was also a member of her school's National Junior Honor's Society and participated in community service projects with that smaller group. She looks forward to expanding the reach of GlobalME into the Egypt.

Our team is made up of students from around the world who are passionate about achieving global menstrual equity.
